Financial Education

A service for your employer clients to ponder.

So what’s it all about?

It’s about their organisation, their employees and their money.

Why does offering financial education make good business sense?

Initially the thought of offering employees financial education may seem unnecessary.

Employers may think how employees manage their affairs is their business.  However, could it be that employees who are unsure as to how they should manage their finances might welcome their employer taking an interest?  We know they will.

As we stand today, few employers are in a position to offer large pay rises to keep their staff happy, so increasingly they have to look at alternatives to keep their people engaged.

Our Financial Education Programme aims to give employees the knowledge and means to make their money really work for them.

It gives them the chance to prioritise and plan their financial future.

It will help them understand and appreciate the benefits their employer currently offers.

It makes them feel genuinely in control.

It’s a service that delivers and will be appreciated.

Just like our other services, this service can be delivered in 3 ways:

One-to-one – a confidential meeting with one of our financial advisers. This can be held at either their place of work or in the comfort of their own home.

Surgeries – these are used when a small group of employees have expressed an interest in our service. Held on site by one of our financial advisers, each meeting with the individual will last approximately 30 minutes. This service is designed for individuals who may have a specific burning issue they wish to discuss. After each meeting the individual will have the option of a comprehensive one-to-one meeting with us in the comfort of their own home.

Seminars – these instructive and interactive small group sessions can be held on site or if preferred at an alternative venue of your choice.

At CDG we are passionate about financial education, and we hope you are too.
