This service is all about offering your employees support. For those affected this will obviously be a time of great stress and in some cases self-doubt. Like our Retirement Service we can deliver our Redundancy Service in 3 different ways.
One to one – this will be confidential meeting with one of our financial planning team. This can be held at your place of work or in the comfort of the employee’s own home.
Surgeries – these are used when a small group of employees have expressed an interest in our service. Held on site by one of our financial advisers, each meeting with the individual will last approximately 30 minutes. This service is designed for individuals who may have a specific burning issue they wish to discuss. After each meeting the individual will have the option of a comprehensive one-to-one meeting with us in the comfort of their own home.
Seminars – held on site or at an alternative venue of your choice. This service is designed to alleviate some of the stresses and worries associated with redundancy and its financial effects. Presented with empathy in a clear and concise manner our presenters have over 25 years’ experience of helping individuals facing redundancy.
